Mix together dry ingredients and set aside. Combine buttermilk, eggs, pumpkin, and butter. Stir wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just blended. Pour 1/3 cup of batter on hot griddle. Cook until top bubbles, turn over and cook on the other side.
Serve with Apple Cider Syrup or Pumpkin Maple Syrup.
Yield: 24 - 4 inch pancakes
