Monkey Bread


  • 3 cans buttermilk biscuits (10 to a can)
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped nuts. optional
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cut each biscuit into ¼'s with a scissors.  Mix white sugar and cinnamon together and place in a Ziploc™ bag. Shake cut biscuits in cinnamon and sugar.  Layer biscuits in a greased tube/bundt pan.  Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired, between layers of biscuits.

Melt butter and brown sugar together and boil for 1 minute.  Pour over biscuits.  Bake at 350° F for 35 minutes.  Let stand inverted for 5 minutes before removing from pan.

To serve. just pinch off a piece and eat with your fingers!  Enjoy!
