Breakfast Pizza

Submitted By Linda Braun
  • 1 pound pork sausage (almost any meat will work)
  • 1 package crescent rolls
  • 1 cup loose packed hash browns - thawed
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese - shredded
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Brown sausage and drain.  Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles.  Place in an un-greased 12" pizza pan with points toward center.  Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. (May also put in cake pan.)  Spoon sausage over crust.  Sprinkle with potatoes.  Top with cheddar cheese.  In bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.  Pour onto crust.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese over all.  Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes.  Can also add onions, mushrooms or anything else to taste.
