We recently found a listing for a barn for sale

The asking price seemed quite reasonable, so we called the gentleman up to schedule a time to look at the barn.
We brought a camera with. These are the shots we took. We are very impressed with the barn.

It was built in 1947. The dimensions are 24'x36'Lx21'H. As you can see, the old hayloft spans over the back half of the building.
The other part of the loft is raised to accommodate horses, which the owners no longer have.

We are very interested in purchasing the building. The deciding factor will be the cost of moving the structure and the setup.
The transporting of the barn will need to be a 2 phase procedure. Since it's on peat ground, the roof will need to be moved while
the ground is still frozen. Once things thaw, the walls can be dug-out and moved.
Hopefully, that won't add too much to the cost.
